Using Moving Correlated BMA with Data Reuse Issue

The temporal replacement is replaced by the collocated MB in the reference frame [1], the EBMA is proposed in [2], and the proposed is our proposed algorithm.

The Table 1 describes the average PSNR presentation under packet loss rate 1%, 3% and 5% respectively.

Note that the EBMA and proposed algorithm is under the full search range in ¡Ó4 pixels. By this objective simulation, our algorithm has better quality.

It can also referred as the subjective simulation with frame number of 87 and shown in Fig. 6.

 

 

*         The Search Range Issue

In the EBMA and our proposed algorithm, they apply the full search range with better concealment performance; however the search range would dominate the   

computational complexity.

Fig. 7 illustrates our proposed algorithm has better quality than EBMA under multiple search ranges.
